We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, and financing options through third-party providers (e.g., Affirm).
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store full credit card details.
Full payment (or approved financing) is required before processing and shipping your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location, product size, and weight.
Delivery times are estimates only (typically 2–4 weeks for large items) and are not guaranteed.
We ship primarily within the contiguous United States. For Hawaii, Alaska, or international orders, please contact us for a custom quote.
Most deliveries are curbside. You are responsible for arranging any additional assistance needed to move heavy items into your home.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
You must inspect the delivery immediately and report any visible damage within 48 hours.

5. Installation and Use

Our products require proper installation. Electrical, space, ventilation, and structural requirements are detailed on each product page.
It is your responsibility to ensure your home meets all technical specifications before purchase and installation.
We are not responsible for any damage to your property, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, modification, or use of our products.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Due to the high value and specialized nature of our products:

Returns are accepted only within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
A restocking fee (typically 15–25%) may apply.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Custom or specially configured systems may be non-returnable.
